  • American work culture is not gendered biased:

In India, where you see men holding the projects while women are allowed to be on the back foot. Unlike America, the scenario is vice versa. You will notice some potential women are holding the responsibility on a high level.

  • Confidence is the power:

Americans are the powerhouse of confidence. They believe in pursuing everything with ease and confidence. Women in America are dedicated to their work and even serve their professionals for half of their lives.

In India, women feel underrated for being working professionals for a long time. They prioritize social responsibilities over their happiness that results in a low-grade attitude and confidence.
